Workshop Lesson ( Dis ambling Pump)

Yesterday during Workshop lesson, we were doing dis ambling of pump. We were given choices to choose which type of pumps do we want to dis amble so my group chose vertical gas/liquid pump. It was as usual fun and interesting lesson and i can't wait for the next lesson which is dis ambling of gas turbine. Here are some pictures taken during the lesson and some explanation some of the procedure before doing the dis ambling task:

We needed to use hydraulic jack to place it to a non crowded space due to its weight 

They were wrapping their pump with  wire sling 

that brown wire is used to control the movement of the pump later  on

after they have done, the sling handles were hooked to the hi jack

The pump was ready to be lift

positioning the pump into their location

So were doing the same thing to our pump then the dis ambling task begun
